Dear Collin, I just want to thank you sincerely for the services rendered in our Unit at Edge of The Sea, Umhlanga.

During the previous couple of years you have proved yourself as a reputed person / company and a person of integrity.

I absolutely do understand why all of the owners of Units at Edge of The Sea will use no one else but Collin Rawlinson.

Collin's expertise in bathroom renovation is second to none! He is meticulous with detail ensuring that every aspect of floor leveling, tiling, grouting, plumbing, electrical and installing happened seamlessly. As there was a lot of chasing in the walls, generating red dust, we really appreciated his method of sealing off the bathroom from the rest of the house. Our house on the Berea is a traditional Durban, colonial style and Collin interpreted our ideas perfectly! We absolutely LOVE our bathroom and recommend him highly!

Create and Renovate are extremely professional and reliable. They help me with my renovation in umhlanga and subsequent plumbing and electrical needs.

As a supplier who has worked closely with Collin Rawlinson on numerous projects, I can confidently say that he is one of the most reliable and professional builders I have had the opportunity to work with. His attention to detail, workmanship, and commitment to quality consistently stand out.
From a supplier’s perspective, he is organized, clear in his communication, and always ensures that materials are used correctly and efficiently. This not only makes the working relationship smooth and professional but also reflects his integrity and strong work ethic.
Most importantly, the feedback from clients has always been extremely positive. Clients appreciate his transparency, timelines, and the high standard of finish delivered on each project. The completed work speaks for itself, and customer satisfaction remains a clear priority in everything he does.
