They commenced work in September 2021 and was completed with the unit by December 2021. Myself and my family had the privilege of enjoying the unit for the December Holidays. Mr. Rawlinson’s work and dedication to his work was evident in the work done in our unit. There is also further evidence that he is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. All the subcontractors were appointed by Mr. Rawlinson, and each one can be commended for their workmanship.

After our stay in December there was a snag list that we complied for a few minor adjustments, and requested Mr. Rawlinson to attend to the same, which he gladly attended to until we were satisfied.

We wish to thank him and congratulate him on the work done which was of a superior quality, and we are very happy and grateful, and therefore have no hesitation to recommend his services to other families wishing to renovate their homes.
